Woven Bands Down the Front

The Zandro Panelled Shirt sets vertical bands of woven geometric trim either side of the button placket, breaking a plain shirt into panels. An open camp collar sits at the neck, short sleeves finish clean, and the rest of the body is left completely plain so the bands read clearly. The trim is woven into the surface rather than printed on, so it has texture as well as pattern. It borrows from a guayabera without copying one.

A Shirt With Craft In It

Because the decoration is limited to two vertical bands, the shirt stays wearable with plain trousers or shorts rather than demanding a whole outfit around it. The camp collar sits flat and open with nothing stiff at the neck. The woven trim keeps its definition through washing rather than flattening.

How to Wear It

Wear it with plain white or stone trousers and strap sandals for the resort version. Tailored shorts work just as well. Keep the bottom half plain and skip other patterns entirely.
