The Rachel Lantern Sleeve Midi Dress opens at a V, ties at the waist with a self belt, and runs wide lantern sleeves that balloon from the shoulder before gathering at the elbow. Below the belt the skirt wraps and drapes to a hem under the knee. The sleeve is where all the volume sits, which is what balances the narrower line of the skirt.
