The Anna Slingback Flats draw the toe out into a clean point, sit a decorative buckle ornament across the vamp, and hold the heel with a slim elasticated strap instead of a closed back. The sole stays completely flat. Because the back is open and the front is pointed, the shoe reads far dressier than a flat usually does. The buckle is the only ornament and it does the whole job.
