Brogue Punching on a T-Bar

The Valerie T-Bar Brogue Shoes run a strap up over the instep and across the ankle in a T, fastened with a small buckle, on a shoe finished with punched brogue detailing across the toe cap and along the seams. The toe stays rounded and the heel is low and stacked. The upper has a burnished finish that shades darker at the edges. It borrows from a mens brogue and lands somewhere far more interesting.

Because the strap crosses at two points, the foot is held properly without lacing, and the buckle sets the fit once. The punched detailing is worked into the upper rather than printed on, so it stays crisp with wear. The low heel keeps the stride level all day.
